[Pkg-torrus-maintainers] Bug#603590: torrus: new upstream allegedly improves uptime detection

Hi,

I'm running torrus and find that it does not appear to detect reboot of
devices. There's 1.0.9 and/or 1.0.10d which should improve on this.

It would be great if you could look into packaging one of these
versions.
