[Pkg-torrus-maintainers] Bug#669791: Apache2 2.4 has been uploaded to Unstable

I would like to use that opportunity to get rid of torrus-apache2, as 
already announced in that package's NEWS for Wheezy+1.

If I'm not mistaken we should be able to do that by just dropping 
torrus-apache2, declaring a Replaces in torrus-common against 
torrus-apache2 and be done with it. Maybe add a NEWS entry about it.

Any objections/comments?
