[Pkg-torrus-maintainers] Pending upload of Torrus 2.09, call for testers

Hi,

I'm about to upload the latest upstream version of Torrus.  Most notably
I have dropped the Debian-specific initscript and used the upstream one
(with a patch adding the Debian customizations).

Unfortunately I have to say that my last customer using Torrus switched
to other products in the meantime. I did a short test with my managed
8-port switch at home, but that's not really conclusive. Best I can do
though.

contains the changes I will upload on or after next Sunday unless
someone has anything to add.
