OK, I checked in the current testing releases of thinkpad and tpctl's
debian/ trees, tagged them, then checked in the latest code.
tpctl 4.17-2 can be built now using the released tpctl_4.17.orig.tar.gz.
thinkpad 5.9-1 can only be built with an as-yet-unreleased upstream
tarball thinkpad_5.9.orig.tar.gz which I have checked into the "tarballs"
directory for the convenience of my co-maintainers.
