Hi Thomas,

I have rebuild my kernel with CONFIG_OBSOLETE_INTERMODULE=y and still no
luck.
I believe the driver needs an adjustment for newer kernels

    You need to build the kernel with CONFIG_OBSOLETE_INTERMODULE=y so
    that the thinkpad module has access to certain deprecated functions.
