i agree with sending them emails (so they know that we are packaging
them and they tune them !!!) .
We also could ask what is the development state: active, more or less
active and so.

to write this letter i propose we create a wiki page on wiki.debian.org
(at least for now).

i will create a page in wiki.debian.org/pkg-trac and we can use the
wiki.debian.org/pkg-trac/* for our wiki.

wiki.debian.org/pkg-trac/EmailToPluginAuthors would be good to start.

if you want me to start, i'll start.
I must remind that i am not an english native speaker.
