the webadmin plugin would be nice to have it in debian. That way etch
users (like me), that will follow etch for more than a year, can have
it.
Until 0.11 is available in unstable, we can have it.
since it depends on trac, and trac would conflict with it, i think that
would be good.

Some little more work on ftp-masters ...
