I prefer that we wait for start another pluging packaging until we
have doxygen done. We ought to start think about facilities about
plugin packaging like a class for CDBS (like GNOME does) and like.

The current think I do want to have before upload, doxygen plugin, is
it converted to CDBS so we can upload it. I also need to check its
license (I hadn't yet).
