[Pkg-trac-devel] Automatic package building

Hi there!

I made some little improvements to the package building script. Would
you like to review it?
Its usage is simple - it needs four parameters: the plugin name, its
author's name, the plugin web site and your name - like this:

./packagebuilder.sh AutoWikifyPlugin "Alec Thomas <alec at swapoff.org>"
"http://www.trac-hacks.org/wiki/AutoWikifyPlugin" "Federico Ceratto
<federico.ceratto at gmail.com>"

Actually it's not creating git repos automatically. I'm not so sure how
to deal with git.
Also, you are still expected to fill out some files by hand, while the
scripts sits and waits, then the package building continue.
