[Pkg-trac-devel] trac error for etch: trac-admin malfunctions

Hi guys

Is seems that we have a problem with etch on a regular i386 box.

Just after installing
$ sudo apt-get install trac
I can initiate a new trac project;
$ cd bla
$ trac-admin rockme initenv
Traceback (most recent call last):
   File "/usr/bin/trac-admin", line 21, in <module>
     from trac.scripts.admin import run
ImportError: No module named scripts.admin

major problemo....

Note that there is a double "/trac/" in the installed stuff - could it be 
a packaging error?

$ ls -al /usr/share/python-support/trac/trac/scripts/
totalt 52
drwxr-xr-x  2 root root  4096 2008-08-14 00:33 .
drwxr-xr-x 11 root root  4096 2008-08-14 00:33 ..
-rw-r--r--  1 root root 45046 2007-04-20 15:41 admin.py
-rw-r--r--  1 root root     0 2007-04-20 15:41 __init__.py

Any clue to get around this? Your help is welcomed.

I have tried to set PYTHONPATH=/usr/share/python-support/trac/
or PYTHONPATH=/usr/share/python-support/trac/trac/
which did not help (Google-hint)

BTW; I did read

and http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?pkg=trac;dist=unstable
