Hrrm - for some reason the trac db required a 0.11 release, which
was solved by upgrading manually to 0.11 i.e. without the .deb package
I have no clue why the trac db insisted that we used 0.11dev on an etch 
system, since we have been using apt-get install trac...

Have you put the 0.11 package in the etch repos at some point?
