Hello Martin,
we were thinking about this from a long time. Out biggest issue is
that most of the plugins are distributed without any license. We
cannot package them unless their authors adds a proper license.
I got in touch with Alec Thomas, which is the owner of trac-hacks.org,
on October of 2007 in order to add a selection form on his website to
allow the hacks authors to easily add a license.
Maybe it will not be enough, some developers will need to be contacted
to ask them to add a license.
Any suggestion to speed up things?
