Version 0.11 will presumably released on Sunday. AFAIK, newer versions of trac-bzr, trac-mercurial, and trac-spamfilter (that work with trac 0.11) do exist upstream and need an update in Debian. trac-git would have to go for an alternative upstream (i.e. at http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/GitPlugin), however.
