I'd prefer if Build-Depends would not be changed that way.  For Lenny,
that is.

That's unacceptable as it can change the build process considerably.
Again, that's for Lenny, not unstable.

And what's trac-0.11.1/debian/patches/SA32652.dpatch?  It's pretty
huge but in 00list 17_SA32652.dpatch is listed.  Heck, it even has
.orig files in it.
