The trac source code contains three SVN hook scripts:

trac-post-commit-hook and trac-pre-commit-hook in Python, and
trac-post-commit-hook.cmd for the DOS/Windows command shell.

In the package the first two are missing, and uselessly the
.cmd one is included, which I suggest to remove.
