Please, note that MySQL support in Trac is still experimental.

Why Trac should belong to application is that Python Application is
something that should be run inside virtualenv. Trac is not a module,
but rather important piece of server software that should better be
updated alone with it's dependent libraries and probably independent
of main Python installation.
