[Pkg-uml-commit] Finally uploaded file on CVS-pkg-uml

Hi all,
I started to upload some files in the pkg-uml repository, so that my
efford is now available for all who would like to share it with me.

I think that I shall need a help to make it a good work for Debian,
suitable to be integrated in the official repository.

Any comments or suggestion are welcomed.
