I'd maintain the package. In the Indian sub-continent, internet still is
uncommon. And so was the case presented at DebConf this year, for the many
African nations.

Nothing much has changed. Most content still is valid but hasn't seen any update
in years. I'll reach out to Jeff to know what the current state is. And if he
has those docs available in source format.


PS: I'm glad we've finally been able to bring back user-mode-linux into the
archive.
