[Pkg-uml-devel] OT: user-mode-linux, rootstrap, uml-utilities in Ubuntu

I was wondering if there is any way to ask to the Ubuntu guys to include
latest (current) pkgs (in subject) in Ubuntu.
How to be in touch with them?
