I joined the ubuntu-devel list, posting a msg. then what a surprise! I met
a mail sent by Matt Zimmermann :)) mdz @ ubuntu . com
And he answered to my post:

"These packages were removed from Ubuntu when they were removed from
Debian; they have recently been re-added and should enter Edgy as part of the
normal synchronization process."

But Soren Hansen replied:
"That's what I thought, too, but the changelog of the debian package:
http://tinyurl.com/mdae3 suggests that user-mode-linux has been in
Debian ever since october.. Any idea why it wasn't automatically synced
for Dapper?"

Now I am not interested in Ubuntu itself (even if it would be a good 
and constructive employment chance), I mean I have time only to follow
the deb pkg, but it would be interesting to have more feedback from
deb-like system/distro or whatever. That is why I asked about Ubuntu.
