hehe, see man dpkg-genchanges, option -v for the next time this will be
needed :) (this is Andreas fault actually but you should have warned him).
The changes file was not generated correctly.

manually close those bugs. You can just reply to this mail Cc-ing all the
relevant <bugnumber>-done at bugs.debian.org so a small explanation is
already included.
