[Pkg-uml-devel] [uml-utilities] is there any official repos to find this tools?

Our UML team received this wishlist bug to Debian. I tried to find the
newest release of uml-utilities (i.e. 2006-06-22).

I hardly found it mentioned to the following address: 
http://user-mode-linux.sourceforge.net/new/minis.html
then downloadable from here:
http://user-mode-linux.sourceforge.net/new/uml_utilities_20060622.tar.bz2

I was wondering if it is possible to create an official "standard" repos
for this essential (from my point of view) tools.
Since now I found the previous release under the Paolo's
http://www.user-mode-linux.org/~blaisorblade/uml-utilities/
