[Pkg-uml-devel] [user-mode-linux] old 2.4.x support and bugs

Dear all,
looking at the bugs I found:

# #176485: uml does not start up with slirp backend.
Package: user-mode-linux (2.4.19.46um-1, 2.4.19.50um-1); ... Merged with #184223; 3 years and 257 days old.
*	 #184223: user-mode-linux: slirp method does not work

* 	#220681: user-mode-linux: serial port hangs/unimplemented ioctl
Package: user-mode-linux (2.4.22-5um-1); ... 2 years and 317 days old.
* 	#253688: hostfs should support mount -ouid/gid due to behavior change
Package: user-mode-linux (2.4.26-1um-1); ... 2 years and 107 days old.
*	#304056: user-mode-linux: ifconfig hangs system
Package: user-mode-linux (2.4.26-3um-1); ... 1 year and 168 days old. 

that refers to 2.4.x support in u-m-l kernel.
Some of them refers to woody or to pre-sarge. I was wondering how and if
they can be archived.
Mattia, is it the case to close them?
Is the 2.4 support still available from upstream people?
