sorry for the couple of changelog uploads, but I preferred to have "more
things" (even some of them must be purged) listed in the changelog and
them prune the unusefull or uncorrect entries.
So said that, at the end, the changelog should be something like:

user-mode-linux (2.6.18-1um-1) unstable; urgency=low                                                                        
                                                                                                                             
  * New upstream release.                                                                                                   
  * 'mv debian/NEWS debian/NEWS.Debian' so that it will be catched by                                                       
    apt-listchanges.                                                                                                        
  * add amd64 architecture, build and run tested. (Closes: #384881)

One more question: if I need to maintain the config.amd64 file in the
repos, shall I remove its line in the changelog?
