[Pkg-uml-pkgs] Bug#422145: user-mode-linux: Please add TIPC support (and other stuff?) to Debian's UML.

Please, add TIPC support to user-mode-linux debian package. No only that,
I don't see why don't you add most of the kernel features as modules, like
the "native" linux-image packages (except for the hardware specific
drivers).
