Does the terminal repaint then?

I don't use screen in most terminals so I cannot easily tell if it works
if it does not repaint.

I look in that file for other reasons and did not find anything related
to rxvt-unicode.

I have

URxvt.perl-ext:           default,matcher
URxvt.urlLauncher:        firefox
URxvt.keysym.C-Delete:    perl:matcher
URxvt.underlineURLs:      true

Not sure what it does except for urlLauncher and underlineURLs. I copied
this from some configuration example.
