Using the default settings:

$ echo $TERM
rxvt-unicode-256color

$ tput
tput: unknown terminal "rxvt-unicode-256color"

So far I've set it via .Xdefault to rxvt-256color (and still I'm not sure if
it's the right thing to do, but *seems* OK).
