[Pkg-urxvt-maintainers] Bug#656253: Not linked against libstartup-notification

Hello,

In urxvt 9.14, support for startup notifications has been introduced. However,
the Debian-package is not linked against libstartup-notification0 because the
Build-Depends field does not specify it as a build-dependency.

Please apply the attached patch and upload a new version of the package.
