Dear Maintainer,

In ~/.Xresources this works fine (0xffe1 = Shift):
	URxvt.keysym.Control-0xffe1: <F19>

but this doesn't work:
	URxvt.keysym.Control-Shift: [27;6;9~
	URxvt.keysym.Control-Shift-Tab: [27;6;9~
	URxvt.keysym.Control-0xffe1-Tab: [27;6;9~
	URxvt.keysym.Control-Shift-0xff09: [27;6;9~
	URxvt.keysym.Control-0xffe1-0xff09: [27;6;9~
