[Pkg-urxvt-maintainers] Bug#723889: rxvt-unicode: debian menu icon16x16

It'd be good if rxvt-unicode offered both its 16x16 and 32x32 icons in
its debian menu entry /usr/share/menu/rxvt-unicode,

   icon16x16="/usr/share/pixmaps/urxvt_16x16.xpm" \
   icon32x32="/usr/share/pixmaps/urxvt_32x32.xpm"

Doing this allows a window manager or the sysadmin to choose between
them for desired size.

I believe it's not necessary to also give a plain icon="" when doing
this, not as long as the menu displayers use the icon() func recommended
by the menu spec (/usr/share/doc/menu/menu.txt.gz)
