 *system* services as pointed out by sjoerd.  It might be desirable to
 install two session notification services, one for GNOME and one for
 Xfce!  I think it's easy to change the names generated by a new dh_dbus
 to be dbus-system-service-foo and dbus-session-service-bar instead of
 simply dbus-blah, but it needs to be taken into account.
