[Pkg-vala-maintainers] Bug#695982: New libgee upstream version

Hello people,

I wanted to package GXml (a vala wrapper around libxml2), but it needs gee-0.8.
Thus I'm currently stuck. :)

What are your plans for libgee?
Do you want to keep both versions in the repositories (like vala)?

In any case, I'd be glad to help. Please say if you want me to join the team!
