[Pkg-vala-maintainers] Bug#766094: RM: abraca -- RoQA; unmaintained, RC buggy, low popcon

Hi,

abraca has been RC buggy for a long time [1] with no maintainer reaction
and hasn't entered testing for almost 1000 days.
The alioth Git repository shows last maintainer activity around
2012-03-20 [2]. I therefore conclude this package is unmaintained in
Debian. The popcon numbers are rather low.

Since it blocks the removal of vala-0.14, I therefore request the
removal of abraca from the archive.
