[Pkg-varnish-devel] Varnish git repo reshuffle

Since upstream has moved to git, this has been made the basis of the
packaging repository for Varnish on alioth. The "master" and "upstream"
branches now have new content, and need to be pulled again.

The old "master" and "upstream" branches on alioth have been renamed to
"old/master" and "old/upstream", so packages can still be built from
that.

Please move your local "upstream" and "master" branches, and pull the
new ones from alioth.
