I think you may have reached the wrong mailing list. This is for
coordinating the packaging of Varnish in Debian.

You refer to the "repo.varnish-cache.org" server, which is operated by
Varnish Software, with packages they make themselves. I think reading
https://www.varnish-cache.org/support may help you further.
