I'm currently struggling with the -F option in /etc/default/varnishncsa
myself.

I'm on varnish 4, but couldn't get it to work (with any combination of ', ",
s .) and I guess I'm not the only one:

I would really like to avoid adjusting the init script, so a working example
for the NCSA log format via -F option in /etc/default/varnishncsa would be
great J
