vim icons

Hey,

I've moved the xpm files to vim-* packages and if you have one of these
installed there should a vim icon appear in the gnome menu and also on
your panel. Do you have a vim-* file in /usr/lib/menu ?

And you are right vim doesn't ship them anymore ;)
