Bug#311007: filetypes for zope filesystem types

This could easily be added.

This is a bit more troublesome because .cpy is an extension already used
in filetype.vim for cobol files. Are there any additional heuristics we
can use for distinguishing your .cpy? Don't know, the first line must
have a fixed form or something similar?
