Bug#316184: vim-common: incomplet bibtex syntax file

Hello,

I'm the official maintainer of bib.vim.

When I originally wrote that syntax, it also took a while to realize that BibTeX does
not know a comment character. Thank you for pointing out that "^" as start sequence
did not work. The code was really meant to highlight everything between items, and it
did so in an older version of vim...

The @comment highlighting also works good for me.

When there are no further comments, I will send the patch out to Bram for inclusion in the
official version.
