I am used to use dpatch as my patch system, but sometimes I want to
learn something completely different so I thought about quilt.

But I know how dpatch works and dpatch-edit-patch is really cool :) I
would like to see that in vim. (The only problem in case of vim is: vim
isn't extracted at the time dpatch-edit-patch runs)
