Please note that I do not recommend this way of using vim-scripts. IMO
is better to install only those needed on a per-script based symlinking
them either in /etc/vim/... or in ~/.vim/. Regarding gnupg.vim, of which
I am an usual user, I have a symlink ~/.vim/plugin/gnupg.vim ->
/usr/share/vim-scripts/plugin/gnupg.vim

taglist.vim is a terrific useful scripts and I don't want to remove it
=66rom the package. We have exuberant-ctags in debian and also other
language specific tag generators (e.g. otags, pytags, ...).

Unfortunately this is not up to me. Scripts upstream authors are free to
choose their preferred mapping. IMO this is another reason for not
installing all vim-scripts at once, but only those needed.

Cheers.
