Bug#316184: vim-common: incomplet bibtex syntax file

Package: vim
Version: 1:6.3-072+1
Severity: minor

The bibtex syntax file (/usr/share/vim/vim63/syntax/bib.vim) doesn't
handle comments properly.

The correct regexp for bibComment on line 50 is /[%^]/, so we can have
this definition for comments:
syn region bibComment start=/[%^]/ end=/^\s*@/me=e-1 contains=@bibCommentContents nextgroup=bibEntry
