A debian user reported that the translations of "n fewer lines" (when
deleting lines) and "n more lines (when undoing the deletion) are
incorrect in the UTF-8 Chinese Traditional (Taiwan) locale.  He also
proposed a better translation which is implemented in the attached
patch.

I don't know chinese traditional, but I asked a taiwanese friend and she
confirmed that the proposed translation is ok. Could you please consider
applying the patch in future releases of vim?

Note that I only patched the UTF-8 version of the po (file
zh_TW.UTF-8.po), I don't know if the non-UTF-8 version (file zh_TW.po)
needs to be patched as well.
