vim-mzscheme

Vim7 has support for mzscheme scripting. To be consistent to what we did
in the past we should add a vim-mzscheme package, didn't we? Similarly,
the vim-full package need to be built with mzscheme support (currently
it is not).

Any objections on this two changes?

While we are at it, being selfish I also would like to add the flag
+netbeans_intg to the basic flavour, in order to have 'autochdir'.
Objections on this?

Cheers.
