bugs fixed in vim 7

I went through some bugs in vim's bts to check which have been fixed in
vim7, quite a lot have!

To avoid re-discovering them before the actual upload of vim7 into
unstable I started tagging them with the 'fixed-in-vim7' usertag for the
user 'pkg-vim-maintainers at lists.alioth.debian.org'. They are all also
tagged as fixed-upstream, but is better to keep the two concepts
separate ...
