I'll revert it, thanks for noticing.
For a strange and not intended coincidence however, that patch is one on
which I have perplexities since it doesn't seem to be related to the bug
it claims to solve. That's why I did not push it upstrea.
I pinged sukria (who aplpied it) in the past without any feedback, let's
try again:
Alexis, could you please comment on that patch and how you think it
fixes the corresponding bug (#264284).
