spell files for vim7

Hello,

Thank you for good work it was nice to see vim7 in Debian, since I'm a
co-maintainer of rus-ispell package from which *spell dictionaries for
Russian language are generated I want to provide spell dicitionary for
vim also. It will not be so hard to do it since all *spell dictionaries
for Russian ois generated from the common word list and vim help has
information about converting myspell dictionaries.

Is there any reference available about rules for packaging spell
dictionaries for vim? E.g. package names, where to place files etc?
