Bug#399024: vim: bugs hits nano as well

Hi. I can confirm this bug when upgrading from 1:7.0-152+1 to 1:7.0-164+1.

The odd thing is that the upgrade of nano fails as well for the same
reason!

Here's the dpkg output (from a apt-get dist-upgrade):

Configuro nano (2.0.1-1) ...

Sono occorsi degli errori processando:
 nano
 vim
 vim-gnome
 vim-perl
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

Perhaps this is a more general problem?
