This is exactly right - I had the same problem; the set runtimepath line
in /etc/vim/vimrc still contained /usr/share/vim/vim63, and replacing
this with /usr/share/vim/vim64 fixes the syntax highlighting.

Surely this should be updated automatically by the vim package, without
needing human intervention to manually edit a config file?
