vim-runtime must depend in "ftp" package

hi,

i hope i'm in the correct mailing list.

i believe that vim-runtime must depend on ftp package. the reason is as
following:

vim-runtime package installs the plugin netrw
(/usr/share/vim/vim64/plugin/netrw.vim) which allows remote file editing
over ftp. the plugin uses the '-i' option which is only available in ftp
(source package is netkit-ftp). the option '-i' doesn't exists neither
in ncftp nor in lftp (i think those are the most preferred ftp apps.)

so either debian should patch the netrw plugin or make a new dependency
on ftp. elsewise editing remote files over ftp wont work.

thank for your help.
cheers,
bugra.
